What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Level 1 technical and support roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Maintain recruitment records and track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work on-site in Puebla, Mexico.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
