NPI Production Engineer

What you will do

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI): introduce new products/modules and engineering changes into manufacturing.
• Participate in design reviews and manufacturing readiness activities during NPI phases.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across semiconductor equipment, modules, and subsystems using structured root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, work instructions, and acceptance criteria for product release.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational excellence; support engineering builds, pilot builds, qualification, and ramp-up.
• Coordinate with D&E, Manufacturing, Technical Support, Quality, Supply Chain, and global engineering teams; present findings and improvement proposals.

Requirements

• Location: based in Linkou, Taiwan; full-time on-site presence required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
• Experience in manufacturing/NPI/process engineering/technical support/system integration/product or equipment engineering (or related functions).
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience for complex equipment, modules, subsystems, or manufacturing challenges.
• Strong English communication skills for technical discussions with global stakeholders.
