What you will do

• Coordinate Safe Launch activities for new semiconductor products and align plans with global development and manufacturing teams.
• Monitor product performance during production ramp-up and facilitate material review and risk disposition discussions.
• Investigate quality and manufacturability issues, coordinating root cause analysis and containment actions.
• Drive permanent corrective actions to prevent issue recurrence and improve overall manufacturing quality.
• Maintain engineering notification and Safe Launch tracking systems, ensuring accurate project documentation.
• Present status updates and closure recommendations to management review boards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related disciplines.
• Within 2 years of working experience in a relative field.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of project management concepts.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Experience in assembly material, wafer test, or final test.
• Internship experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
