What you will do

• Define electrical specifications for machinery used in cable manufacturing processes.
• Design and develop solutions for automation, power electronics, drives, and control systems.
• Evaluate and select suppliers for electrical panels and automation components.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment at global manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative and robust engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Electronics.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in a technical role within the industrial sector.
• English proficiency required for international collaboration.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage inter-departmental and multicultural relations.
• Availability to travel to international manufacturing sites.
