What you will do

• Identify and implement improvement projects to enhance production quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Approve process designs and conduct final testing for internal and external projects.
• Support production start-ups by defining action plans and training maintenance and production staff.
• Evaluate new process technologies to drive productivity and define approval criteria for external providers.
• Ensure adherence to project timeframes, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Italian: Fluent/Native and English: B2+ required for cross-functional communication.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
