What you will do

• Support and monitor product and proposition quality within the espresso category.
• Define quality targets, requirements, and improvement areas for innovation and life cycle projects.
• Manage all quality deliverables and final product releases for innovation projects.
• Collaborate with the post-market surveillance (PMS) team across all life cycle phases.
• Drive return rate (RR) reduction through failure analysis and technical assessments.
• Lead quality-related problem solving and root cause analysis in cooperation with procurement and I&D.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in development, process engineering, or quality areas.
• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Chemistry, Material Sciences, or Mathematics.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Knowledge in solution assessment and verification.
• Must be based in or able to work in Casalecchio di Reno, Italy.
