What you will do

• Identify and implement process improvement projects to meet cost and quality targets.
• Define operational sequences for new manufacturing processes.
• Approve internal and external process designs and conduct final project testing.
• Support production startup activities and train personnel on new equipment.
• Evaluate new process technologies to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
• Select external suppliers and establish approval criteria for new equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and FlexSim.
• Strong skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Excellent command of English (C1-C2 level).
