What you will do

• Design and validate reference designs using discrete, analog, and power IC solutions.
• Create schematics and collaborate on PCB layouts to optimize efficiency, cost, and thermal behavior.
• Conduct system-level validation, including efficiency analysis, switching characterization, and EMI/EMC troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to customers and sales teams, representing the company at workshops and exhibitions.
• Develop technical collateral, including application notes, design guides, and simulation models.
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing to define future product requirements based on customer insights.

Requirements

• BSEE degree (MSEE preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application engineering, hardware design, or power electronics.
• Proven experience with machine drives such as stepper, BLDC, PMSM, and induction drives.
• Strong knowledge of three-phase power systems and inverter topologies.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium or KiCad.
• Experience with simulation tools including Matlab/Simulink, LT Spice, and Plecs.

Nice to have

• Experience in Robotics and Automation Systems.
• Knowledge of German.
