What you will do

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide sustainability processes and environmental assessment workflows.
• Apply advanced engineering and scientific expertise to evaluate materials, products, and processes for environmental impact and chemical safety.
• Build and lead cross-functional coalitions across innovation, product development, EHS, and supply management.
• Mentor engineers and team members in sustainability principles, environmental assessment methods, and responsible design practices.
• Represent the organization in industry coalitions, regulatory bodies, and sustainability partnerships.
• Identify and drive opportunities for environmental improvements in products, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in sustainability engineering or a related field.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional program management.
• Strong proficiency with sustainability platforms, regulatory reporting tools, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies.
• Deep understanding of global environmental product regulations and frameworks such as LEED, WELL, and ISO 14040/44.
• Ability to influence internal and external partners and communicate technical findings to diverse audiences.
