What you will do

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and operation sequences.
• Design and execute qualification tests for process or equipment changes.
• Analyze factory metrics such as yield, cycle time, and capacity using statistical methods.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure product manufacturability and quality.
• Investigate root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate prototype and pilot production units to meet schedule requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering (Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Minimum of two years of experience in a cleanroom or factory setting.
• Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under Export Administration Regulations.
• Familiarity with LEAN Manufacturing concepts and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, MS Access, or JMP.
