What you will do

• Lead local product innovations and portfolio renovations based on consumer insights.
• Translate brand objectives into multi-channel trade promotional plans and materials.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail, out-of-home, and co-branding partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, distribution partners, and agencies.
• Ensure strong in-store visibility and consistent delivery of key brand messages.
• Balance brand management, trade marketing, and out-of-home CRM initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related commercial discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Brand or Trade Marketing.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese required for daily work, Mandarin for meetings).
• Strong project management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle complex operational details autonomously.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
