What you will do
- Lead and execute comprehensive brand and product campaigns from ccept to launch across all touchpoints.
- Drive marketing excellence by aligning global brand strategies with local market cultural nuances and csumer insights.
- Utilize performance data and metrics to inform marketing decisis and ensure lg-term brand equity and demand generati.
- Manage marketing budgets, resource allocati, and team performance to maximize business impact.
- Provide strategic leadership and foster a culture of collaborati within a large, high-performing marketing organizati.
- Act as a key liais between local regial teams and global senior leadership to advocate for market-specific needs.
Requirements
- Over 20 years of professial experience in marketing and communicatis roles.
- Proven leadership track record within sportswear, footwear, apparel, or FMCG industries.
- Demstrated success in leading large-scale brand campaigns and managing teams of over 30 people.
- Deep expertise across the modern marketing ecosystem, including digital, PR, and experiential marketing.
- Strg analytical mindset with a clear understanding of how marketing drives business growth.
- Experience navigating complex organizatial structures and collaborating with global senior executives.
