What you will do

  • Lead delivery of brand launches and growth initiatives, building campaign calendars aligned with PR, influencers, digital ads, and retail objectives.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with beauty KOLs, media editors, and agencies; execute PR events and seeding kits.
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns on major social and search platforms to drive O2O conversions.
  • Test and integrate AI tools for campaign planning, content iteration, and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor costs for influencers and paid media, reallocating to meet retail sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Experience managing 360-degree brand marketing, campaigns, PR, and digital growth in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG.
  • Established relationships with local KOLs, talent agencies, and beauty media; strong negotiation skills.
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms for launching campaigns and analyzing metrics.
  • Highly organized with strong time management for multiple campaigns in a fast-paced startup.
