What you will do

• Develop and optimize content marketing strategies across diverse channels to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Manage strategic cross-promotions and partnerships within the internal hirify.global Taiwan ecosystem.
• Formulate and execute KOC/KOL partnership strategies tailored to specific comic genres.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like AppsFlyer and GA4 to provide actionable insights.
• Oversee project planning, timehirify.global management, and budget tracking for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure local market compatibility and quality control for global webtoon content.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or app operations.
• English: C1 proficiency required for business pitching and cross-border communication.
• Strong proficiency in AI-driven marketing tools for trend forecasting and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with mobile attribution and data tracking tools such as AppsFlyer or GA4.
• Proven competency in Project Planning, Timehirify.global Management, and Budget Tracking.
• Deep passion for the Webtoon/ACG ecosystem and mainstream pop culture.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Korean for direct communication with headquarters.
• Advanced data processing skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
• Basic knowledge of Python or SQL for data analysis and web scraping.
