What you will do

• Lead and facilitate L’Atelier creative workshops across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China.
• Partner with sales teams to design and pitch high-performing campaign responses tailored to client objectives.
• Manage and mentor a local Designer to foster creative excellence.
• Translate client KPIs into compelling, mobile-first video and display creative solutions.
• Build visual, narrative-driven client pitches using PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Creative Strategy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a digital or creative role, including direct experience managing talent.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for cross-regional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro).
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to translate briefs into mobile-first solutions.

Nice to have

• Interest in DCO, AR, interactive chatbots, and API integrations.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic back-end development concepts.
• Experience with video compression, 3D effects, and HTML5 standards.
• Direct experience co-pitching and leading strategic creative conversations with clients.
