What you will do

• Define and translate high-level marketing objectives into actionable quarterly and annual plans in collaboration with leadership.
• Execute multi-channel marketing strategies across social media, web, chat, content, and video channels.
• Collaborate with business unit leads and community management teams to expand the addressable market.
• Partner with Brand and PR teams to maintain a compelling narrative about the decentralized web.
• Manage a portfolio of products across multiple brands, overseeing campaign planning and budget tracking.
• Leverage professional networks to support business development and team growth efforts.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech, with at least 2 years as a marketing specialist.
• Proven ability to drive growth metrics such as web traffic, leads, client conversions, or revenue.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve work efficiency.
• Experience managing multi-brand product portfolios and a solid understanding of conversion funnels.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
