• Act as a strategic sparring partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience as a senior individual contributor influencing functional leaders.
• Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle and GTM processes.
• Proven ownership of forecasting and pipeline management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and data visualization platforms like Tableau.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Munich, Germany.
