What you will do

• Define and execute global strategy in collaboration with the management team at corporate HQ.
• Partner with regional and local teams to improve operational and financial performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process to define profitability and financial targets.
• Identify and implement best practices across hirify.global’s global operations.
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for decision-makers.
• Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or fast-paced tech/e-commerce.
• At least 1-2 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and complex business scenarios.
• Proven project management capabilities across diverse global stakeholders.
• English proficiency (C1 level) with experience influencing C-level executives.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across culturally diverse backgrounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or similar data querying languages.
