What you will do

• Lead and manage the operational fraud prevention team globally.
• Identify operational risks across customers, riders, and vendors to develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Regional teams, Product, Data, and Technology teams to establish a roadmap for ML models.
• Act as a subject matter expert to spread fraud prevention knowledge across the company.
• Build and monitor main fraud KPIs to track the health of prevention initiatives.
• Conduct qualitative risk analyses for new products or features launched on the platforms.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SQL or other data analysis and exploration tools.
• At least 3 years of experience in fraud prevention, preferably within e-commerce.
• Proven skills in training and mentoring analysts.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with technical and operational teams.
