Pricing Analyst, Product Operations (Global Pricing): Analyze and optimize how hirify.global charges for services by supporting the specification, testing, rollout, and ongoing operation of pricing features with an accent on business case modeling, A/B testing and price elasticity, and unit economics. Focus on building predictive impact models, tracking rollout performance to identify value leakage, and translating pricing data into actionable requirements for Marketing and Regional Ops.

Company

What you will do

  • Own the business case for new pricing product requirements by building predictive models to estimate impact on key metrics before features hit the roadmap.
  • Lead testing and rollout analysis for pricing features, comparing actual performance vs. initial estimations and recommending data-backed pivots.
  • Partner with Global Marketing and Regional Ops to translate business visions into actionable pricing product requirements.
  • Support pricing product operations by monitoring global fee structures and answering end-user questions about pricing strategy setup.
  • Build data visualizations in Tableau/BigQuery and maintain a “Value Tracker” aggregating incremental revenue from pricing features across regions.
  • Own pricing data catalog/governance for dimensions, metrics, and KPIs; collaborate with Data Engineering and Product to ensure experiment and fee data are correctly logged.

Requirements

  • Essential: BigQuery and SQL; ability to build Python-based modeling pipelines and experience with GitHub.
  • Strong applied statistics knowledge for A/B testing and price elasticity modeling.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, GPO, Contribution Margin) and how fee changes affect the bottom line.
  • Fluent English with the ability to translate complex data into narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Airflow for data pipeline management and familiarity with Google Analytics/Amplitude for tracking the customer checkout funnel.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hybrid working model with face-to-face collaboration in the Berlin campus 2 days a week.
