What you will do

• Shape the MDM operating model through federated governance and scalable processes across multiple data domains.
• Lead MDM initiatives from design to adoption, defining success criteria for data quality and architectural fit.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Data Architecture and Data Engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Design the governed golden record layer and automate matching and merging records with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Establish recurring data quality management, including profiling, benchmarking, and remediation workflows.

Requirements

• Senior hands-on experience building MDM operating models in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience implementing or configuring MDM platforms such as CluedIn, Profisee, or Informatica.
• Ability to influence senior business owners and resolve ownership conflicts.
• Strong focus on GDPR, data protection, access controls, and auditability.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft data ecosystem (Azure Databricks, Purview, Fabric, and Entra) is a strong plus.
