What you will do

• Evaluate and prioritize analytics initiatives with stakeholders from Operations, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data products and strategic reporting solutions.
• Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and shared semantic models.
• Lead business validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy and trust.
• Promote data literacy and coach business users in Power BI and self-service analytics.
• Define and govern company-wide KPIs and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, BI, or analytics consulting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
• Must be based in or able to work in Germany (Hybrid: Gilching or Berlin).
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of SQL, data modeling, or Microsoft Fabric.
