TL;DR
Business Analyst Commercial (Traveltech): Analyzing and optimizing backend orchestration processes for the BAR product team with an accent on API administration and business rule engines. Location: Hybrid, must be based in the Netherlands
Salary: €4,295.29 – €6,136.13 per month

What you will do
- Analyze user needs and translate business requests into technical solutions.
- Draft and manage detailed User Stories for the backend development team.
- Monitor development progress, test delivered solutions, and validate final delivery.
- Define and measure KPIs for new features to monitor digital product performance.
- Coordinate the resolution of technical incidents and manage project dependencies.
- Support the Product Owner in refining the product vision and prioritizing the backlog.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and the Office Suite.
- Must be based in the Netherlands to utilize the company's transport and commute policies.
- Technical affinity with JSON, SQL queries, and RESTful API services.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Distribution, PSS, or Product Management.
