TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead complex evaluations of priority 1 crises and priority 2 incidents to ensure high-quality analysis and actionable outcomes.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary workshops with 10+ participants to uncover root causes using frameworks like Bowtie and 5xWhy.
  • Drive continuous improvement of evaluation processes, including quality assurance and methodology development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex findings into clear, structured recommendations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business, risk, and technology to deliver impact on organizational resilience.

Requirements

  • University master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in incident evaluation, risk management, or organisational resilience roles.
  • 3+ years’ experience facilitating multidisciplinary workshops using root cause analysis methods.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management, executive storytelling skills, and organizational awareness.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain leadership under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Basic proficiency in Dutch.
