What you will do
- Lead complex evaluations of priority 1 crises and priority 2 incidents to ensure high-quality analysis and actionable outcomes.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary workshops with 10+ participants to uncover root causes using frameworks like Bowtie and 5xWhy.
- Drive continuous improvement of evaluation processes, including quality assurance and methodology development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex findings into clear, structured recommendations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across business, risk, and technology to deliver impact on organizational resilience.
Requirements
- University masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ yearsβ experience in incident evaluation, risk management, or organisational resilience roles.
- 3+ yearsβ experience facilitating multidisciplinary workshops using root cause analysis methods.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive storytelling skills, and organizational awareness.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain leadership under pressure.
