TL;DR
Business Performance Coordinator (Supply Chain/Data Analytics): Driving cross-functional projects and creating complex performance analyses and reports to improve operational efficiency, quality, service levels, and cost performance with an accent on data quality, reporting transparency, and process optimization. Focus on coordinating operational stakeholders, monitoring business metrics, and implementing data-driven improvements using Excel, Python, SQL, and ERP systems.
Location: Sevenum, Netherlands. Work-from-home may be arranged for up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU when office presence is not required.

What you will do
- Drive cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency, quality standards, service levels, and cost performance.
- Create and maintain complex analyses and performance reports for strategic management decisions.
- Monitor key business metrics and improve reporting structures to ensure data quality and transparency.
- Coordinate operational teams and stakeholders, align priorities, and support project execution.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and support data-driven improvements across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, or D365.
- Interest in cloud-based data platforms, preferably Databricks.
- Proactive ownership and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
