Proposal Analyst

TL;DR

Proposal Analyst (Sustainment Pricing/Estimating): Develop, analyze, review, and obtain approval of sustainment estimates for multiple programs with an accent on basis of estimates (BOEs), cost proposal coordination, and estimate pricing development. Focus on coordinating with program, accounting, and finance stakeholders, supporting customer audit/fact-findings and negotiations, and interfacing with DCMA and DCAA while working remotely full time.

What you will do

• Develop, analyze, review, and obtain approval of sustainment estimates for multiple programs
• Coordinate with program/sustainment integration teams, accounting, and finance to ensure accurate and compliant estimates
• Analyze program requirements and coordinate/evaluate BOEs; support internal proposal reviews, customer audit/fact-findings, and negotiations
• Coordinate estimate development and pricing; produce comparative analyses and present estimate data to management
• Support proposal teams with proposal structure development (WBS, BOE organization, schedules) and proposal schedule support
• Interface with DCMA and DCAA and complete special assignments as required

Requirements

• US citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance after hire
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Experience level: typically 3 years of professional experience, or no experience required with a related Master’s degree
• Ability to coordinate across program management, accounting, and finance stakeholders
