What you will do

• Build and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Search and LinkedIn
• Create ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to drive lead capture
• Optimize search terms and audiences to improve targeting
• Iterate on budget, copy, and creative for campaign performance
• Deploy email campaigns and manage email health/deliverability
• Report on key email metrics including opens, clicks, and conversions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in paid or growth marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience with HubSpot or another email service provider
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign metrics
• Solid copywriting instincts for ads and landing pages
