What you will do

• Provide deal structuring and quoting support to global sales teams using hirify.global licensing and pricing models.
• Partner with sales to find creative solutions that adhere to commercial and financial guardrails.
• Participate directly in external, customer-facing negotiations.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, product, and sales operations to ensure revenue recognition requirements are met.
• Drive best practices through deal reviews and early checkpoints to increase sales efficiency.
• Oversee deal financials, pricing, and business risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software industry experience in Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales Operations.
• Strong understanding of software revenue recognition principles and commercial law.
• Proven track record in commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ tools.
• Must be based in London, UK and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to interact with senior management.
