What you will do
- Own and enforce consistent sales process standards across European territories.
- Lead regional pipeline reviews, QBRs, and forecast calls.
- Design and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks for sales leadership.
- Develop regional revenue forecasting models in partnership with Finance.
- Manage CRM data integrity, configuration, and user adoption.
- Optimize the sales tech stack including sequencing, intent data, and CPQ tools.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy.
- At least 3 years at a senior individual contributor or lead level.
- Advanced Salesforce experience including reporting and pipeline management.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Proven track record in high-growth environments like SaaS, Mobility, or Fintech.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business problems into operational solutions.
