What you will do

  • Manage and improve comprehensive revenue operations projects independently.
  • Lead the development and optimization of sales compensation plans.
  • Implement and refine advanced sales process methodologies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics to identify performance trends.
  • Oversee business planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Evaluate and recommend new sales technologies and tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to deliver advanced sales analysis and business intelligence to leadership.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Experience building automated, database-driven workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work onsite in London and participate in in-person interviews.
