What you will do
- Manage and improve comprehensive revenue operations projects independently.
- Lead the development and optimization of sales compensation plans.
- Implement and refine advanced sales process methodologies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics to identify performance trends.
- Oversee business planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Evaluate and recommend new sales technologies and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
- Proven ability to deliver advanced sales analysis and business intelligence to leadership.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI.
- Experience building automated, database-driven workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Must be able to work onsite in London and participate in in-person interviews.
