What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to EMEA Sales leadership, providing data-backed insights for informed decision-making.
  • Deploy and prototype AI-assisted workflows to automate repetitive tasks in forecasting, pipeline inspection, and business reviews.
  • Lead semi-annual planning cycles, including territory design, quota setting, and headcount capacity modelling.
  • Manage the operational rhythm of business, including forecasting, pipeline councils, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Design and execute SPIFFs in partnership with Finance and Compensation to track and drive performance.

Requirements

  • Experience as a strategic business partner to Sales or GTM leadership within a SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of the full SaaS sales cycle, from initial land to expansion and renewal.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying at least one substantive AI-enabled project in a GTM or Revenue Operations context.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and hands-on experience with LLM-based tools and prompt engineering.
  • Experience leading sales planning activities such as territory design and quota setting.
  • Location: Based in London, UK
