Location: Hybrid in London, UK (in office 2 days a week)

What you will do

  • Manage the renewal, expansion, and cross-sell attachment of current commercial customers.
  • Build partnerships to ensure value realization and business process optimization of the hirify.global platform.
  • Develop account strategy plans using data to drive adoption, utilization, and customer sentiment.
  • Lead executive business reviews and manage complex renewal and expansion sales cycles.
  • Forecast renewals and expansion pipeline with high accuracy using established methodologies.
  • Champion and implement AI-driven selling strategies and tools to deliver measurable revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales lifecycle management.
  • Experience working within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate value realization and influence product adoption at customers.
  • Strong financial acumen to showcase metrics and potential ROI.
  • Effective negotiation, communication skills, and executive presence.
  • Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work (2 days in office).
