What you will do

  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via call, email, and social media to identify new business opportunities.
  • Rapidly respond to and qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Partner with Territory Managers to build and execute account-based strategies for large enterprise targets and complex upsells.
  • Track and manage opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring high-quality handoffs to Stage 5 pipeline.
  • Maintain meticulous records of activities, insights, and pipeline data within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a high-velocity or enterprise sales development environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate value propositions to senior decision-makers.
  • Coachable mindset and a relentless drive to improve sales craft.
  • High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Sydney office.
