What you will do
- Own the live chat experience across APJ by responding to prospective customers and qualifying opportunities.
- Execute outbound sales strategies to build a high-quality pipeline as the company moves up-market.
- Partner with Marketing to test inbound engagement strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Identify high-potential prospects and route them to the appropriate sales team members.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and insights within Salesforce.
- Provide feedback and market insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia, and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
- Strong desire to start a career in SaaS sales and a growth mindset.
- Naturally curious communicator capable of building strong professional relationships.
- Organized approach to managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Openness to using AI tools to amplify productivity and efficiency.
