TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia (office attendance required 3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Own the live chat experience across APJ by responding to prospective customers and qualifying opportunities.
  • Execute outbound sales strategies to build a high-quality pipeline as the company moves up-market.
  • Partner with Marketing to test inbound engagement strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Identify high-potential prospects and route them to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and insights within Salesforce.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia, and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
  • Strong desire to start a career in SaaS sales and a growth mindset.
  • Naturally curious communicator capable of building strong professional relationships.
  • Organized approach to managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Openness to using AI tools to amplify productivity and efficiency.

Nice to have

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or internships.
