Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Melbourne (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Identify, profile, and target existing accounts to generate net new wins within new sales or geographic territories.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to develop strategic account plans.
- Generate New Initial Meetings (NIMs) and partner with SDR teams to optimize inbound demand generation.
- Manage complex, full-cycle sales processes while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data.
- Position the value of the SaaS-based Employee Experience Platform to C-suite stakeholders.
- Support marketing activities and events to drive brand presence and lead generation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business application sales, specifically within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Demonstrated experience growing existing accounts across global geographies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to own proposal generation from start to finish.
- Experience and comfort selling directly to C-suite executives.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
