TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving net new revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts with an accent on cross-territory expansion and global account management. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, prospecting to C-suite stakeholders, and positioning the employee experience platform to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Melbourne (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Identify, profile, and target existing accounts to generate net new wins within new sales or geographic territories.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to develop strategic account plans.
  • Generate New Initial Meetings (NIMs) and partner with SDR teams to optimize inbound demand generation.
  • Manage complex, full-cycle sales processes while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data.
  • Position the value of the SaaS-based Employee Experience Platform to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Support marketing activities and events to drive brand presence and lead generation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business application sales, specifically within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated experience growing existing accounts across global geographies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to own proposal generation from start to finish.
  • Experience and comfort selling directly to C-suite executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
