What you will do

  • Conduct full-cycle B2B sales targeting regulated professionals across Australia.
  • Close new customer deals and onboard clients before the July 1st regulatory deadline.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for both immediate and long-term customer acquisition.
  • Educate prospects on mandatory compliance requirements and position the company's solution as the preferred provider.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and provide regular reporting on sales results.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to refine sales messaging and strategies based on market feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle sales processes from prospecting through contract closure.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical compliance solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with urgent deadlines.
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to regulated industries such as real estate, accounting, or legal services.
  • Familiarity with compliance software, financial crime prevention, or RegTech.
  • Previous experience working with Australian clients or understanding of Australian business culture.
  • Background in early-stage startups with experience building sales processes from the ground up.
