What you will do
- Own and achieve revenue targets across the ANZ region and partner portfolio.
- Develop and manage a healthy portfolio of key partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Build and manage partner-sourced pipeline while co-owning opportunities with the sales team.
- Enable and activate partners through training, joint GTM plans, and consistent execution.
- Track KPIs, deal registration, and pipeline health using CRM and PRM tools.
- Champion a partner-preferred, results-oriented motion to fuel predictable growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
- 4+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within Cyber/AppSec or B2B Tech SaaS.
- Proven track record of building pipeline with partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with VARs and distributors in the cybersecurity sector.
- Strong proficiency with PRM tools, HubSpot, and KPI reporting.
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills.
