Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do
- Build, develop, and mentor a customer-focused team of Technical Account Managers.
- Act as a technical bridge between the company and customers to maximize the utilization of cybersecurity capabilities.
- Manage escalated case resolutions and implement corrective actions based on CSAT results.
- Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate targeted success plans to ensure renewals.
- Partner with the Digital Success Program Manager to align high-touch engagement with digital customer journeys.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a unified customer success motion in the Americas and LATAM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a people management role within customer support, success, or technical account management.
- Track record as a successful TAM or CSM managing a large portfolio of accounts.
- Technical understanding of endpoint protection technologies and the broader cybersecurity landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone.
- Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
