What you will do

  • Meet and exceed monthly Sales Accepted and Sales Qualified Leads goals.
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies to drive opportunities with named accounts.
  • Qualify inbound prospects based on established criteria.
  • Host hand-off calls and video meetings with prospects, Account Executives, and Solution Consultants.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of hirify.global offerings, competitive landscape, and customer pain points.
  • Manage and track prospecting activities to meet weekly KPI metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
  • 1-2 years of sales or account development experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for efficiency and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection with a hunter mentality.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Background in commission-based sales.
  • Bachelor's degree.
