What you will do

• Design, implement, install, maintain, and administer AV infrastructure (hardware, software, and configurations) for the campus.
• Monitor AV environment performance and perform Tier 3 escalated troubleshooting across AV equipment and signal flows.
• Analyze and configure complex AV/IT applications; edit configuration/programming templates for specific rooms and applications.
• Develop technology solutions independently as needed and provide in-depth technical guidance to user-support staff.
• Act as a technical consultant to project coordinators for AV room design and help establish/improve AV processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Work authorization: must have current work authorization in the United States; position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant certification, or 1-year relevant work experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to commission/program complex AV/IT systems and customize control/DSP templates for specific rooms and applications.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting AV environments at an advanced (Tier 3) level.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and outcome-driven mindset.
