TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Tempe, AZ and available 6am-4pm PST

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Build and configure new client groups in GIAS and Salesforce, ensuring readiness for launch.
  • Audit group builds, eligibility, and products against rate cards to prevent billing errors.
  • Maintain group records, including addresses, contacts, and PBM configurations throughout the lifecycle.
  • Process end-to-end renewals, rate updates, and FSA benefit plan information.
  • Investigate and resolve complex eligibility and billing issues to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Implementation, and Tech Ops teams to align group data.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Tempe, AZ and available 6am-4pm PST.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with benefits or eligibility administration systems and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of group setup, rate tables, renewals, and plan building.
  • Background in benefits administration, insurance, or healthcare operations.
