What you will do

• Lead field execution strategy, planning, and daily coordination for multi-phase AV projects
• Manage labor resources, installation sequencing, and productivity
• Ensure alignment between field execution, engineering designs, and project management schedules
• Oversee installation quality, safety, and adherence to standards
• Drive commissioning readiness and support successful project delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial AV systems installation
• 3+ years’ experience in field leadership in an AV, construction, or technical environment
• 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction trades and settings
• Proficiency in MS tools (e.g., Excel, Word)
• Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and execution under pressure
• Travel up to 30% and must have a valid driver’s license in state of residence

Nice to have

• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Planning and materials coordination experience for pre-installation
• Documentation management and scope adherence experience
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
