Specialist/Engineer Service Operations (Radio & Cellular)

Location: Onsite at Heathrow Airport, London, UK. Candidate must be able to obtain a Heathrow Airport security pass.

What you will do

• Support and maintain radio system infrastructure and subscriber devices (PMR, DMR & TETRA).
• Manage RFoF DAS infrastructure and related IT equipment.
• Resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs as a primary customer point of contact.
• Conduct fault investigations, hardware repairs, and site surveys for new installations.
• Deploy and configure equipment according to customer requirements.
• Maintain system documentation and reporting to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with radio communication systems or Antenna/RF distribution infrastructure.
• Ability to obtain a Heathrow Airport security pass.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in radio and antenna systems.
• Familiarity with IP Networking.
• Understanding of ITIL-based service management processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with cellular networks or data center infrastructure.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Industry certifications in radio system or cellular network technologies.
