What you will do

• Support hardware design activities using development boards and simulation tools.
• Create and update schematics and contribute to PCB layout design.
• Conduct design verification and testing to ensure all technical requirements are met.
• Analyze technical issues and collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to deliver integrated product solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive design, test, and issue documentation.
• Provide sustaining and lifecycle support for existing products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in hardware/electronics engineering and the product development lifecycle.
• Strong fundamentals in analogue and digital circuit design.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and exposure to PCB layout, preferably using Altium.
• Experience using standard lab equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• Ability to interface with sensors and basic embedded hardware.

Nice to have

• Exposure to industrial or utility product development.
• Understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces (RS485, Ethernet, SPI, I2C).
• Experience with data acquisition and sensor interfacing.
• Knowledge of compliance and testing standards, such as EMC and environmental testing.
• Exposure to system-level hardware platforms and processor interfaces.
