What you will do

  • Define and execute differentiated go-to-market strategies across a portfolio of diverse brands.
  • Lead end-to-end customer acquisition, retention, and development efforts to meet aggressive revenue goals.
  • Oversee revenue operations, including the integration of the technology stack (CRM, marketing automation) and sales processes.
  • Manage marketing program spend to ensure maximum ROI and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CPO, and CCO on product prioritization and channel performance.
  • Build and mentor high-performing global teams across marketing, sales, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in high-volume e-commerce and subscription-based business models.
  • Proven track record of leading revenue growth for businesses scaled between $500m and $1B.
  • Experience operating within a Private Equity (PE) environment.
  • Strong expertise in marketing analytics and transforming data into actionable growth insights.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Undergraduate degree required; advanced business degree highly preferred.
