What you will do

• Own and reset commercial strategy for Paygate and London & Zurich brands to drive growth.
• Lead and manage a team of seven across sales, marketing, and account management functions.
• Direct marketing initiatives including brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market execution.
• Negotiate complex commercial contracts and partnering agreements.
• Collaborate with CPO, CTO, and COO to align product roadmaps and operational delivery with commercial goals.
• Represent the commercial perspective at the Senior Leadership Team level.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role setting and evolving commercial strategy.
• Experience operating within a regulated industry, ideally with FCA exposure.
• Ability to read and negotiate complex commercial contracts personally.
• Strong people management experience leading multi-functional commercial teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent sales motions with different metrics and cadences.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge of Direct Debit or Bacs payment systems.
