• Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to align creative direction with business goals.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing creative team including internal talent and freelancers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a creative director or marketing leader in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong expertise with AI creative and copywriting tools and building repeatable workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to connect creative work to measurable business outcomes like revenue and conversion.
