What you will do

  • Own the enterprise paid media strategy, including channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign architecture.
  • Lead planning and buying across paid social, programmatic, video, broadcast, audio, and trade media.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales to translate commercial goals into effective media plans.
  • Manage agency, vendor, and platform relationships to ensure strategic alignment and execution quality.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Data Science to build measurement frameworks for brand lift, attribution, and pipeline impact.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in paid media planning and strategy for B2B and B2C brands.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale media budgets and make strategic trade-offs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization and ROI demonstration.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Must be able to work from the San Francisco office at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience planning media against business decision-makers in enterprise software or B2B technology.
  • Familiarity with advanced measurement approaches like marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution.
  • Background in international media planning and navigating diverse market dynamics.
