Location: Hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in-office, focused on the Nordics region.

What you will do
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified SAP SuccessFactors opportunities.
- Identify and convert new prospects within large enterprise accounts across the Nordics.
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement to contract signature.
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to meet sales objectives.
- Collaborate with SAP sales teams and internal delivery units to drive business growth.
- Establish long-term partnerships by understanding client business challenges and transformation goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in complex B2B solution sales within large enterprise organizations.
- Experience selling HR technology, HRIS, payroll, or workforce management solutions.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Must be based in or able to work within the Nordics region.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Existing professional network within large Nordic enterprises.
- Fluency in a Nordic language.
