What you will do

• Manage general corporate needs including governance, subsidiary formation, and intercompany matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements such as licensing, marketing, development, and technology contracts.
• Provide legal support for the integration of acquired studios.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams and internal stakeholders to support international initiatives.
• Develop and maintain scalable legal processes, policies, and compliance training materials.
• Offer day-to-day legal support for North American based studios and offices.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel for a global company.
• Proven ability to distill complex legal concepts into actionable advice.
• Experience working collaboratively across different time zones and cultures.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in video games, entertainment, intellectual property, or software technology.
• Proficiency in using generative AI to perform legal work and manage projects.
• Knowledge of Korean or other foreign languages.
• Experience with payments, tax, accounting, or employment law.
